In His Time

After buying the laptop, we now share the same computer table with the existing one. It is not comfortable because the computer table is meant for one computer only. Since my laptop is small, it occupies the end of the table and it only has a small space for my mouse. A few times when Belle wanted to “shake” the mouse for the cursor to get back into position, she accidentally dropped the mouse!

Maybe I should get on of the above LAN Racks. Then Belle can “shake” as hard as she wants and it won’t drop. There is also space for her to place her favorite drink and snacks while she plays her online game with her daddy.

I wonder whether I can get these LAN Racks in Malaysia. I don’t see any in the furniture shop that I went to recently. But I seen a lot of computer carts. I doubt she is tall enough to reach it unless I get the adjustable one for her.

Hubby once started a website or more of a homepage about us. I think it is free from Geocities. With the minimal knowledge that he has about html and web design, he created the website. It was quite a decent looking website.

He has high hopes that many will come to visit his website and send emails to congratulate him for designing that website. Boy… was he wrong and disappointed.

After must waiting finally he realized that nothing is going to happen. Nobody is going to visit the website unless they can find it in the search engines. Then only he told me about the website. It was supposed to be a surprise to me you know.

Even though I have 5330 websites (I got the figure from wholinkstome) linking to this blog, my Page Rank has been demoted to PR2 from PR4. After going to other blogs I realized that it is not due to the blogroll (will be putting back my blogroll on my sidebar). It is not because of writing paid post too because I saw a few blogs with so many paid post having PR4 too. Then I realized that they do not sell text link on their homepage.

But then I sell only one. Few days ago while blog hopping I found out that some Wordpress templates come with paid text links at the bottom of the homepage! That must be the culprit. So I took it out. Hoping that my PR will increase again in the next Google update. If not, cannot get much side income with writing paid post with only PR2.

Normally they will buy the high PR domain and then redirecting the traffic to their own site or creates several small websites using these expired domain names. If people ask me about hubby’s business, I would tell them that it is not making money. It is because I don’t see hubby bringing any money into our savings account. The sales are just enough to cover the operating cost and overheads. So you might wonder why hubby still wants to keep the business then.

Well doing business takes time so hubby is giving the business another 2 years to proof its profitability. If it still not making money by then, then no point giving so called “free services” to the community there. Either we look for other location or he might consider going back to practicing law. I don’t think he will go full time blogging. Write 4 post a day said he already exhaust his mind!

Maybe he should consider selling Sunglasses at his shop since most of his customers are young adults. I heard that selling Wholesale Sunglasses can generate quite higher profit margin.

My children spend a lot of time on the computer and watching TV too. Especially Clarissa, she will go near the screen even though we told her to sit/stand far away. How to protect her eyesight like that? One of the ways that I know is drinking or eating carrot. My children will eat the carrot in their soup, in their omelets, in fried noodle but they dislike drinking carrot juice.

After living in the village for most of my life now, I can’t imagine living in a terrace house with just a small spot of land in front and behind my house. The only place that my children can enjoy outdoor is by bringing them to the park or playground in which I have to keep an eye on them all the time. In my own compound or garden, they can run and play freely and I can do my house chores without worrying much about their safety.

If ever we need to move from the current house that we are living now and if God really bless us financial, we would love to buy a big spot of land and build a house to call our own. If it is possible I would love to live in a Log Cabin House. All logs, I am sure it is very cooling to live in this kind of house.

Hubby’s siblings were all runners. When I was in primary school, we attended the same school and that is how I got to know this family of runners. I wonder how their parent train them when they were young. Chase after ratatouille in the paddy field? Being chased by the dogs or maybe they started by chasing chickens around the house compound.

However, once they started working and have their own family, they hardly run nor jog. However hubby still has the desire to start running again and that is why he kept his body fit by playing football every Sunday and work out on the Ab King Pro. He said if he ever get the chance to stay in Kona vacation rentals, he would want to participate in the world event in Kona that attracts people from all over the world that is the Ironman Triathlon World Championship.

My girls have been asking me to bring them to the beach. It has been quite a while since I last bring them to the beach. I think ever since their daddy started business. Wow! That is almost a year already. During the last church camp, even though we were at a beach resort, we did not have time to bring them to the beach.

Girls, you hope and pray hard that Mommy will get a big fat bonus this year by the time Mommy resign then Mommy will book a room at Kauai vacation rentals.

From the Kauai Travel Blog, there is going to be the world-famous Vans Triple Crown of Surfing happens from November 12 to December 20. I would love watching handsome hunks on boards. That will be in Mommy’s itinerary.

What to Do in Kauai for the children? Well you can either play sands with your daddy or Mommy will get someone to massage your body by the beach since you girls love massaging so much.

I am tired and stress up with all this PR thing. I am planning to resign to take care of my children. Since I will be out of job, I was thinking that I can get some pocket money from blogging. Now I am not so sure about it. I am sure I will resign soon but I am not so sure whether I can get side income from blogging. I must look for other alternative of getting some side income when I finally resign. Maybe I can give home tuition or start a mini after school care centre since I like teaching.

So meantime I can stop dreaming about Hawaiian Vacation Kailua or spending my nights at Kauai Vacation Rentals for the time being. But I won’t stop blog hopping to Kauai Travel Blog. Can’t get to spend my holiday there, can see picture of the beautiful beaches in Hawaii and the mountain there, enough already.
