In His Time

Barnabas was playing catching with his sisters and fell down on the grass. He had a teeny weeny injury on his knee. He cried; I did not run to his rescue but encouraged him to get up by himself and come to me who was sitting on the swing.

At that time I didn’t see any cut or blood so I told him to continue playing which he did.

Right before bathing time, he told me that there is a cut on his knee but Jesus have not heal him yet because Jesus went to get the oil (Minyak Gamat) first.

You see, a day before that Clarissa had a fall on the tarred road and had so many bruises on her knees and it bled. I cleaned her wound with wet tissue then applied Minyak (oil) Gamat to stop the bleeding and at the same time prayed for healing.

So Barnabas assumes that Jesus needs the oil to heal his knee too.
