Since today is their Ipoh Cousins’ last day in Melaka, they wanted to “tour” Dataran Pahlawan. Since this the last day my children can play with their favorite cousin, Kor Kor Greg, I let them skip school. After this trip, they won’t see them until Christmas and Belle is complaining that Christmas is a long way to go. :)

Our first stop at Dataran Pahlawan is the Johnny’s Restaurant for lunch; Steamboat, Thai Chicken Rice, Chicken Wings and Banana Splits. Then we walked around until they spotted a mini playground and got hooked there.

And they had more ice-cream! And more walking.

After 2.5 hours there, the older girls wanna hop over to Mahkota Parade but this old aunty has no more stamina to walk and head home with the smaller children, maid and MIL.
