Education, Family 8 Comments »

It is so nice waking up knowing that I don’t have to rush to office! I am more cool and cheerful when getting my children ready for school.

After sending them to school, here I am blogging away and trying to cowtim some of my assignments then I am off to Jusco with my son.

Yay! What a great way starting a new chapter…SHOPPING!!!

Ok, ok, tomorrow I will repent and start preparing SWR lesson for my girls. :D

More Photos, More Memory

Family No Comments »

As most mommy bloggers, I snap photos of my children very often; ok lar…almost everyday! Well, I don’t blog all of it. I wish I could but sometimes, I am terribly lazy and occupied being a servant to them!

More photos will surely brings more memory and it sure does take a lot of my laptop memory. So last week, hubby did me a favor by burning all of them into DVDs. I just hope that I don’t lost the DVDs! I am not a keeper! :(

Spoiled Radiator

General No Comments »

When hubby changed my Toyota Radiator sometime ago, we did not leave the old radiator with the mechanic. Maybe my radiator was not damage badly but he says it is, so that I would change to a new one and if I don’t take the old one back, he would fix it and sell it as 2nd hand radiator.

So hubby brought home the spoiled radiator and put in under the Rambutan tree; waiting for the scrap metal collector to come buy it. My daughters saw it and told me that they found a bee hives! Hahahaha…the radiator does look like a bee hives!

Bread Cutter Turns Pencil Holder

Clarissa 7 Comments »

This is what happened to the Hello Kitty Bread Cutter bought by Chooi Peng from Japan.

hello kitty

Didn’t expect it to be that big; too big for our local bread. And it does not look cute and not appealing to my girls.

So I just put it aside until Clarissa found a better use for it! :P

No Art Class for Clarissa

Belle’s

Just now was the 3rd time the girls attended the art class. Belle improves a lot but Clarissa is becoming more playful and restless. She ignored the teacher when she speaks to her! She did not follow instruction; colour according to her own liking; when the teacher or me is not looking she grabbed her favorite colour; purple and start colouring everything purple! She gets bored pretty fast if the space to colour with the same colour is quite wide.

Seeing how she responded to instruction, I can imagine how frustrated her kindy’s teachers might have felt teaching her. They did tell me once that she always want her own way and will cry if she can’t have her own way!

Will only send her to art class again once she shows interest in learning and obeying instruction.

Children’s Education

I am still not decided whether to homeschool my children once they completed their primary school. I am not sure whether I am capable to teach them. I am going to try out with the SWR homeschooling English program. If it works, maybe that would give me the confidence I need to take a step further.

If my children are homeschool then they would not be able to enroll into the local college and university unless they are private institution. That would be really costly. So my other option is to look into the online college courses offered by Capella University. I guess they would be cheaper that they private colleges here.

Personalized Envelope

After writing a cheque to pay for my Citibank credit card bill, I couldn’t find the envelope that comes with the bill. After searching my room, I found below:

Belle drew on the envelope! I find it quite nice and this is sure gonna be one unique envelope. :D This is the best shot I could get as my home lighting is not that bright.

But, before I managed to post it out, hubby saw it and make me erase the drawings or change to a new envelope! He said that Pos Malaysia will surely reject the envelope. Really cannot eh? Anyway, not wanting my cheque not to arrive on time and I’ll get penalized for late payment, I erased since the stamp is already pasted there. :(
