Carrefour in Malacca
Belle, Clarissa, Parenting, Shopping January 13th, 2008I think this is the reason Clarissa slept during class in kindy.
We brought them to check out the newly opened Carrefour on school day. We don’t like going town on weekends due to the jams and crowds. So happened on that day, they did not take their nap too.
This was what happened during the 20 mins journey there.
Hubby and I were talking. We were thinking of upgrading the Internet Cafe to a real cafe by getting espresso machines but then I wonder whether it would sell since most of our customers are Malay who are not into “expensive” coffee. Oh well, it was just a thought.
As we were chatting, my girls wanted to talk too but we told them to wait till we finished. By the time we ended our conversation, there was silence. I was expecting Belle to start asking her questions.
When I look back, this was what I saw first.
Then I turn my back, I saw this.
This is how they shared the small space on the back seat of my old junk.
On not so sleepy days, they will be fighting for the space. This shows that they are way too sleepy to fight!

they seemed to be so tired, how could u wake them up when u reach carrefour? if for me, i’d better turn back home lo….coz mine sleep like a dead pig!

my girls, just the mention of the word, “shopping” they will immediately wake up one. hehe.

wow, little girls also like to go shopping…:-)they can always sleep after shopping hoh.

That’s one thing about kids. When they are sleepy, they can just doze off anywhere and in whatever position.

How nice if they will doze off in every car ride hor…then dady & mumy can have a peaceful & uninterrupted chat, haha……cute & familiar scene!!

lovelymummy, after shopping they were so awake…have to force then to sleep!
chinnee, they look like an angel hor but when they wake up! sometimes feels like strangling them!
tot’s mom, if we were to do the same…sure backache one!
jo-n, kids got worry too. why i grow up so slow??? hahahaha
jacss, my eldest used to be like that and we can travel long distance in peace but when the 2nd and 3rd arrived, no long distance puhlease!!! hahaha

well hazel, i wont go there again unless i want to look for clothes for my children. they do have nice and cheaper children clothes compared to other hypermarket in Malacca like Giant and Tesco.
