On the way back from kindy yesterday, Belle was singing. I sang along with her but I got it wrong. She scolded me…”Mommy, you don’t know. You didn’t go to school.” Well, I told her that I have completed my schooling and now need to work to earn money. So I told her that one day she will need to work too. “I don’t want, Mommy. I shy.” Shy again! Then she told me that she does not need to work because she has money in the bank. I told her that she needs to work in order to have money in the bank.

Somehow the conversation went to email and blogging.

“Mommy, when I grow up I can check email and blog like Mommy?”

“Yes”

“I can blog too???”

“Yes”

“Mommy, why you blog?”

“Mommy writes about you, Clarissa and Barnabas in Mommy’s blog and sometimes people pay Mommy money to blog about other things.”

“Mommy, next time when I grow up, I want to blog too. Then I can have money to put in the bank.”

Oh NO! Since she is always shy, maybe she will just hide behind the computer and earn her living. :P
