General No Comments »The company that I am working at is certified with ISO 9001:2000. Every year I will fax to my customers the Customer Satisfaction Survey Report for feedback on our product quality and our services. From there, I will analyze and feedback to the top management about the findings. This practice is only once a year which I feel that it is not that effective.
Today, Future Steel Buildings has given me brilliant idea. Since my company has a website, rather that just leaving it dormant, I can start a blog like what Future Steel Buildings is doing. According to Darcia Armstrong, marketing communications director for Future Steel Buildings, a blog is easily one of the most immediate and accessible means of staying in contact with customers. From their feedback and comments, it will not only help identify customer’s needs, it also gives us an opportunity for to learn from our customers and to share with them.
