In His Time

…dressing.

It was a painless one. The hole is closed but the doctor wants it to be completely healed with minimal scar. So I still have to go for dressing every 4 days.

I’m fine with it since it is no longer painful. Praise the Lord

Finally my maternity leave is over.

I accumulated 11 days to be added to my annual leave coz I came to work during my maternity leave. 6 days will be used up in 2 weeks time when my mom fly to Kuching to visit my sister. Then I’ll be a SAHM for 6 days…cleaning, cooking and child minding. Tough job…pray for me, ok?

The balance will be likely used when I don’t feel like going to work, when I overslept, when I wanna go shopping with my girls or when my boss is in a bad mood. Holidays? Out of the picture. A preschooler, a toddler and an infant in a holiday trip will be chaos. With us as their parent lar…hehe.

Anyway, I’ll be taking half day off today. Wanna bake muffins for the clinic assistants and Dr Lai. Been getting free dressings from the clinic. The least I can do is bake muffins for them. Hope today will be the last dressing.

Few days back I asked Belle whether she love her daddy. She answered “Yes”. So I asked her how much. Her reply…”Eight Hundred”. She gave me a good laugh.

I didn’t expect her to give me a figure kinda answer. I was expecting an answer like…”very very much” “this much”…by opening her arms wide open. Not an amount.
Anyway, 800 only?!! Well, maybe that’s the biggest amount that she knows.

This morning, my hubby asked me the same question. I told him, I love him 801…kekeke.

We are planning to start a business and were looking for a shop lot to rent. Found one at a very strategic location, reasonable price too. However, we do not have the cash in hand to place the deposit needed. So we told the shop owner to give us a week or so for it.

He said to be fair to him and us; he will give us a call if there is someone else interested in the shop lot. We took his word.

A few days back, we received a SMS from him saying that the shop lot is no longer available coz someone else gave him the deposit on the spot.

We are so piss off. Instead of cursing him, hubby told him our feelings and pronounced blessing upon him.

Anyhow, we prayed that God would bless us with a shop lot on the same row.

2 days back, hubby received a call from the shop owner, apologizing to him and asking him whether we are still interested in the shop lot coz the previous person decided not to rent from him. Found out that the other person gave him RM50 deposit only! The shop owner even gave us a discount of RM50 per month and one month rental free. He earned RM50 from the deposit, we save RM50 every month!

If it is God’s will, by September 1^st I’ll be a “lau pan niang” lady boss… hehehe.

During confinement period, the mommy is not supposed to bathe and wash hair. But I cannot stand my smell and the stickiness so I took a quick bath and a quick hair wash. Like once a week.

After confinement over, I still cannot have proper bath and hair wash due to the minor surgery on my breast.

Since my hair got a lot a lot a lot a lot (Belle’s way of saying “so many”) of split ends and dandruff, I went for a hair cut and a wash this morning. It cost me RM18 only. RM10 for washing and RM8 for the cut. Cheap ya… That’s the blessing of staying in a small town.

I enjoyed the washing. It comes with head, neck, shoulder and back massage. She even washed my ear, inside out. I got a shock when she stuck her finger in my ear!

Oh ya, Belle got her hair trimmed too.
