Make milk for Kiki and dragged a small mattress to the living hall. Kiki, you drink milk ah…mommy wants to work-out.

Put on my shoe and started to follow the steps. Haiyo! So difficult to catch-up. Felt my body so stiff. What to do…long time did not dance. :(

Maybe if I wear fitting and sexy attire, I can move better. Hmmm…

Stepped on Kiki’s foot! She crawled from behind me and pop-out her head in between my legs! Ended up, carrying her and doing the aerobic at the same time. She loves to be bounced. :D

Overall, I only managed to follow 5% of the steps. Like that after 20 sessions, don’t whether I can get all of it. Let’s wait and see.

Eventhough did not manage to follow all of the steps, I did sweat. Fat is burning!!! Yahoooo! But then I feel so lar the very hunger after that.

I can’t wait to wear those low cut jeans or pants with short body hugging t-shirt that reveals my belly button and does not show my extra flesh when I sit. hehehe.
