1st attempt
General September 20th, 2005Belle is sleeping.
Kiki kept banging the keyboard with her legs coz her hands could not reach it.
Ended my msn chat with an online friend. Close all the blogs that I wanted to read.
Make milk for Kiki and dragged a small mattress to the living hall. Kiki, you drink milk ah…mommy wants to work-out.
Put on my shoe and started to follow the steps. Haiyo! So difficult to catch-up. Felt my body so stiff. What to do…long time did not dance.
Maybe if I wear fitting and sexy attire, I can move better. Hmmm…
Stepped on Kiki’s foot! She crawled from behind me and pop-out her head in between my legs! Ended up, carrying her and doing the aerobic at the same time. She loves to be bounced.
Overall, I only managed to follow 5% of the steps. Like that after 20 sessions, don’t whether I can get all of it. Let’s wait and see.
Eventhough did not manage to follow all of the steps, I did sweat. Fat is burning!!! Yahoooo! But then I feel so lar the very hunger after that.
I can’t wait to wear those low cut jeans or pants with short body hugging t-shirt that reveals my belly button and does not show my extra flesh when I sit. hehehe.

Seems that Miche is trying to be a sexy momma… heheheh
the trick to losing weight is more in the mind. Sheer determination to exercise, even when you don’t feel like it.
However, do feel free to eat after exercising. But lay off carbohidrates… Try putting a piece of meat in the oven while you’re doing the workout, let it cook slowly, and do take a mental note that you’ve put it in the oven ya, in case it disintegrates into pure carbon or something (like the milk bottles)
I have a friend who’s been on a carbo-free diet since a year ago, and now, he’s not taking even a single drop of rice. And he’s got abs and curves that kill…
Gosh, I really miss those days where I could practically wear anything without worrying if I looked fat in them…

Hey I cut down a lot on carbo too! But still never lose weight. Sniff. I eat rice once a week now, bread once in two weeks.

my wife is getting me to cut down on carbohidrates. i only get a bird’s protion of rice for dinner.
if you can stand it, no carbo after 2pm. + exercise should do the trick

Oh No! I feel so guilty after reading this. Just had lunch and tipu today. Did not jump on my exercise bike. How on earth am I going to ever get back to wearing my pre-pregnancy clothing? And my babies are 1 and 3 already. My clothes will rot in my cupboard. Boo Hoo Hoo. Please keep your exercise posts coming to motivate me. I was going to start one about losing weight but malu if kenot keep it up.

ya…we all need motivation. one thing for sure, i bit farewell to all my pre-pregnancy clothing. even though i slim down, i dont think i can still get in there! my shoulder and my hips broaden due to child-birth and breastfeeding.
about ur weight losing it…blog about…if you cannot keep up…we bloggers will “chia you” you!
