Yesterday night we had ikan bakar (grilled fish), lala, sambal sotong, otak-otak, fried kailan with salted fish and nasi lemak at Duyung. The last time I went there was before I got pregnant with Belle. 2 years ago! The price is very much expensive compared to 2 years ago. The nasi lemak (wrapped in banana leaf) is so tiny. Slightly bigger than a golf ball. It is consist of rice and chili only and it cost 60 cents. Others places, with the same amount of cents, I can get double the amount of rice + egg + cucumber. Anyway, the food is good. Many people flock there. Mostly Chinese. (forgotten to bring my digital camera lar)

We were actually bringing our guest (a couple) from Thailand there. They are here attending a seminar in one of the local resort hotel here. The husband is a pastor in one of the church situated 30km from Bangkok (can’t remember the town name). Hubby met them 6 years ago in a linguistic camp organized by Wycliffe. They have a very handsome son (looks like one of the Thailand actor!) and a very beautiful young girl age 5. Even though they speak little and very simple English, they laugh a lot. Small issues made them laugh, we just smile away. At times, I can’t understand what are they laughing about! I wish I could be as jovial as them.
