annabelle…
well, annabelle has been having running nose, coughing and phlegm for the past few days. the first 2 days, she vomitted right after taking her milk at night and early in the morning. what a mess…she usually takes her milk at 10.30pm and 3 or 4am. the other day after taking her milk around 3am, she vomitted…tried to clean her up but not thorough. the next day, she smell of yoghurt! now the vomitting is over but she for the past 2 days, she will wake up at 3am, not for milk but unable to sleep due to nose blockage. she’ll be crying and i do not know what to do…rub vicks on her back but did not help much. only after my hubby take her out from the room then she can sleep again after that. my mom says that my room might be too cold for her but when i switch off the fan, she sweats and the more she cry…sigh…my collegue to me that birdnest works to reduce phlegm. gave her that for 2 days already. hope it works…

that will be the name of my coming baby. fetus is 20 weeks old. very active compared to belle, last night, felt him move from right to left. never experience that with belle. went to clinic for check-up last wednesday. all is fine except my haemoglobin level is below 11. need to eat more green vege or red meat to increase it…my weight now is 57.4kg.
